1. GENERAL

The terms and conditions set out below are applicable to the supply of products made by Buckingham to the buyer, hereafter referred to as the Customer.

2. PRIVACY

2.1 We do not send random marketing e-mails to personal e-mail addresses (SPAM).
2.2 We do not make use of Cookies.
2.3 We do not collect information deemed "sensitive" under the Data Protection Act 1998. Your address details (but NOT your credit card details, see below) are retained on a restricted access system within our internal systems which is in keeping with both our security policy and the law.

3. PRICING

3.1 All prices are quoted in Pounds sterling & include VAT.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 Payments must be made in Pounds sterling only, unless otherwise specified, by one of the following payment methods:
Major credit cards as listed: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta.
We collect payment safely and securely via PayPal.

5. TRANSFER OF RISK

The risk in the goods shall fully pass to the Customer once the goods have been delivered by our nominated transport provider and signed for.

6. DELIVERY

6.1 SHIPPING:
All products are dispatched from our warehousing facilities. Unless requested by the Customer, all products must be signed for at the time delivery is made. The Customer must request any alternative delivery method at the time of the ordering and goods will be dispatched at the Customers own risk.

6.2 SHIPPING CHARGES:
All the products contained on our website are delivered to the vast majority of the U.K. mainland. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and the Scottish Isles & Highlands additional carriage charges will be applicable. Please call us to confirm these charges prior to ordering.

6.3 DELIVERY DATE:
Buckingham aim to deliver all goods within seven working days from processing of payment. Dispatch normally takes place on the same day as payment is processed. Any orders that will exceed 28 days to fulfil, the Customer will be notified in writing and will be offered the option of order cancellation and a refund of payment. Any products not available at the time of ordering will be dispatched to the Customer as soon as is possible. Buckingham cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers or transport providers.

7. ACCEPTANCE

The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time period after delivery, and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods, unless, within a reasonable time period after their delivery the Customer notifies Buckingham that the goods are rejected. If no notification of rejection is received, Buckingham will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose and therefore reserve the right not to accept any rejection of goods at a later date.

8. RETURNS PROCEDURE

8.1 If the goods are rejected within the time scale as defined in clause 6, the Customer shall comply with the Buckingham returns procedure as defined below. Buckingham will not accept any returned goods should the returns procedure not be followed.

8.2 The Customer must contact Buckingham by either telephone or by e-mail to obtain a returns authorisation. A returns code will be issued and must be referred to in all correspondence. This number must also be clearly marked on any returned packages. The customer is responsible for returning the goods with 14 days of receiving the item.

8.3 In cases where the faulty or damaged goods are rejected within a reasonable time, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to the location specified by Buckingham before the refund or replacement can be issued. Refunds are made within 30 days of cancellation.

9. CANCELLATIONS

9.1 Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with the Buckingham cancellation procedure and before any goods have been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the returns procedure as defined in clause 7 (8.2 and 8.3) above will apply. If the procedure is not followed, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.

9.2 Cancellations can be made either by telephone or by e-mail directly with Buckingham. Please remember, order dispatch normally takes place the same day as payment is processed.

9.3 Cancellations and returns requests made after a product has been delivered and is deemed fit for purpose need to be authorised by Buckingham and given an appropriate returns number. The cost and risk of returning these goods is solely the customers. A credit will only be made once the returned goods have been inspected and deemed fit for resale. Buckingham can organise the collection of these goods and the cost subtracted from the amount to be credited to the customer or the goods can be shipped and paid for by the customer on their own nominated carrier with the appropriate insurance cover. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, complete with non of the internal packaging having been opened.

10. LAW

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with U.K. Law.
